The corporation purchased land and buildings at 130 Wight Street, Berlin, NH consisting of a 2590 square foot industrial garage/office space and a 1280 square foot storage building, along with approx. 2/3 of an acre of Commercial land.

Buildings were in general/cosmetic disrepair but improvements have already begun! We will be seeking industrial/automotive tenants for these buildings while repairs begin. These buildings were an eyesore for the City of Berlin for many years, but will finally get the attention they need. Great spot for automotive/light industrial, commercial or storage applications. DECEMBER 2, 2006- UPDATE

Restoration has begun on front commercial building and we have signed an agreement with Lamoureux's Auto Body Shop, LLC. for the rental of main building.

Paul Lamoureux is an experienced Auto Body Technician with over 20 years experience in the industry and undoubtedly the best reputation for quality, value and service in all of the great north woods!

We will provide more information in the coming months. We hope to have Paul and company operational beginning in January, 2007. Meanwhile, restoration will continue on the interior of the building throughout the winter, with exterior improvements coming in the spring! We are also looking for tenants for back building, starting late summer 2007! Contact us for details!

MAY 15, 2007- UPDATE

Congratulations to Paul Lamoureux with the opening of a full time, full service Automobile restoration facility! After operating from his home last few years, Paul is now 100% up and running in his new location at 130A Wight Street offering full autobody repair services.
